Commissioned
to redecorate the civic architecture in the downtown area as part of
a new citywide beautification campaign.
"Perspective
and mechanical sculptures" fall
2002
Exploration of the historical invention toys, such as Hoogstraten`s
Peep Show boxes from the 17th
C and automatas (mechanical sculptures), by creating human size modern
versions of it and placing them as artworks in public spaces.

Camera obscura July-Sep
2002
7 feet tall, interactive painted sculpture, containing an aperture/hole,
projecting an image of the surroundings upside-down inside
of the box ( a basic camera principle).
First displayed in Columbus park , Stamford, CT, later placed
in Stamford Museum and Nature Center.

Collection of original, uniquely painted wooden covers (trompe l`oeil) for
3 fountains (9' x 14`), antique sculpture ( 10`x4`x3`) and the cover for a
large swimming pool (25`x53`).

Awarded four lifesize fiberglass cows in NY and
CT design competition, out of hundreds of entries. Completed cows on display,
on Park avenue, N.Y.C. and downtown Stamford, CT. ( sponsors: G.E.Capital,
Borders bookstore, F.D.Rich and Stamford Downtown Org. )
Also painted exterior promotional mural (54 feet long) to announce the event.
Oyster Festival,
Norwalk, CT summer 2000
Created two murals 12`x 8` each on the wood and four silk landscapes 8` x
4` , with seaport theme painted and installed near the fair entrance.
The Sono Arts Festival,
Norwalk, CT summer 1998 to present
Designer/ creator of the 12 main, 10 feet tall, elemental motif (earth, water,
fire, wind etc) carnival puppets sculptures, and grotesque characters for
the annual city festival and puppet parade.
